Congratulations, you have completed the online portion of The Feel Good Formula®.

Now, this is where the rubber meets the road.

By this time you should have completed the first part of The Feel Good Formula® Journal called Identifying Emotions. If not, start now!

Part 2 is called Exercise Journaling.
You will do this daily for 3 months.

Once you have completed the journaling, return to The Feel Good Formula® online course and complete the Post-Action Plans & Action Plan Journaling – Emotional Status Assessment.
