THE CLASS IS HELD EVERY THIRD SATURDAY OF THE MONTH AT 11:00 AM (Eastern Time – US/Canada) FOR ONE HOUR. This class is NOT about physical fitness. It’s about EMOTIONAL FITNESS. It’s about decreasing your stress level, increasing your energy and confidence levels, decreasing your explosive anger, being able to stand your ground in relationships and in your interactions with people. These physical exercises will leave you feeling great and ready to live your life with vigor and confidence. Never heard of bioenergetic exercises? No problem! The only prerequisite for this class is a desire to improve your EMOTIONAL FITNESS. Not physically fit? No problem! Each exercise can be customized to suit your needs. Bioenergetic Exercise is a way to increase your energy, reconnect to your vitality, and improve your self-confidence. It isn’t about building muscle, losing fat or increasing your cardio capacity, although some of that might happen. Don’t worry if you’ve never done Bioenergetic Exercise or even heard of it. I will be with you every step of the way and you can’t really do it wrong. In fact, one of the only rules of the class is that you have to let go of the idea that there is a “right” way to do the exercises.
